My name is Laurie Dakin, and I’m 56 years old. With over 30 years of experience as a health, fitness, and wellness professional, I’m dedicated to empowering women to achieve their optimal health vision. My mission is to help women mitigate the symptoms of peri/menopause, develop a strong, lean body, and ultimately live a more joyful life.
